About Cierra
Cierra Conerly is a business professional whose work is focused on building culture, conscious leadership, diversity, and inclusion. Cierra holds a Bachelors in Communication from Arizona State University, and a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Cierra is currently in the Doctoral EdD program for Organizational Leadership. By trade, Cierra is a financial technology consultant at Fiserv Corporation; one of the largest FinTech Companies in the world. With a 13 year tenure, Cierra is a mentor, instructional designer, event consultant, internal and external stakeholder liaison, and holds the position of the Global Leadership Council Philanthropic Partnerships Chair.
Cierra's main area of practice is human rights with a special interest in domestic violence, human trafficking, and foster care initiatives. Cierra served on the Board of Directors for Beyond the Hurt in the Phoenix area for 4 years, and also held the position of the organization's event coordinator working alongside the Founder & CEO as a mentee. Cierra is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated, and serves as the Centennial Anti-Grammateus and Special Events Committee Chair within her chapter. Cierra has also organized and consulted for start-up non-profit organizations seeking to gain strategic information regarding structure, leadership development, and program curriculum design.
Aside from being a fintech consultant and community volunteer, Cierra also owns S.I.S. Events & Services LLC; which offers wedding and event planning services. Each year, a portion of the proceeds are donated to a graduating senior or non-profit effort in the community.
Cierra is a community advocate and conscious leader by creating impactful partnerships.
